The host of the Grimace Network, Fortune City, moved today to provide faster access to its hosted web pages. If all goes to plan, Grimace Network should load even faster in the future.
Microsoft was granted their appeal concerning the case over Windows 98 cutting off third party developers from entering the market by making it so that only Internet Explorer 4.0 could be run on it. The judge said that 'Antitrust scholars have long recognized the undesirability of having courts oversee product design, and any dampening of technological innovation would be at cross-purposes with antitrust law.'
